Typically we can have a pre-approval very quickly. Once the contract is in place, we can close in as early as 30 days or less.

The first steps in getting your paperwork together will be your finances:
+ Last 2 pay stubs and last 2 years W2’s
+ For self-employed, you’ll need last 2 years tax returns
This is some of the usual paperwork, however your specific program may need something different, and I can walk you through that.
